Shahid Kapoor flooded with congratulations on his ‘engagement’!

A rumour of Shahid Kapoor’s engagement led to a flurry of congratulatory messages recently from his well-wishers.

Last week, actor Shahid Kapoor had a heck of a busy day on the phone. For the most part he was receiving congratulatory messages for his ‘engagement’. Some reports suggested that the Haider star had got engaged and the friends and relatives called him to congratulate and find out who the lucky mystery girl was.

Obviously, Shahid hadn’t got engaged so he politely clarified the situation to all the callers.

Later on in the day, the actor scooped three awards at Life Ok Screen Awards. Once again the phone began to ring as the well-wishers called him again to congratulate on the triple win.

That would have made too many congrats for a day, didn’t it Shahid?

BTW, according to a latest buzz, Shahid Kapoor is set to team up with Hrithik Roshan for a Vishal Bhardwaj film.
