Shahid Kapoor & Kareena in a movie together?

Of late grapevines have it that director Abhishek Chaubey might be successful in doing an unexpected feat - that is, to bring together ex-lovers Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor-Khan, in his next project titled ‘Udta Punjab’.

Already we had Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone setting an impressive example in ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, by proving that ex-couple can still work wonders on big screen. However it remains to see whether Shahid and Kareena, who created blockbuster together with ‘Jab We Met’, will indeed come together now.

Talks are there that Abhishek Chaubey’s film will not have these two stars as a couple. Instead, Alia Bhatt will feature opposite Shahid. Hmmm, interesting...
